ATTENTION RECRUIT:
Listen up, recruit. You are hereby ordered to repair to the Train the Trainer Boot Camp and Advanced Train the Trainer seminar. This is an official formation for teachers, instructors, and trainers from all disciplines.
Fall out for Morning PT at 0900 hours. And make sure you ask your C.O. for a promotion to the Advanced Train the Trainer seminar and conference that will commence at 0900 hours the next day.
This course is a prerequisite for the advanced seminar.
While in Boot Camp you will practice:
- getting the most out of multi-media presentations
- questioning students most effectively and making them participate more
- exceeding your training goals - ALL OF THEM!
- improving your student satisfaction ratings
While in the Advanced Train the Trainer seminar and conference you'll learn to:
- meet all your students' expectations, even the "know-it-all" students
- create better training materials faster, keep a 1:1 prep-to-present ratio
- improve your students' retention, give your students elephant-size memory
Final evaluation comments from the participants in our recent seminars and conference included:
|
"I very much liked the group dynamics and the inter-group conversations. I felt like I came to a class where we were all students and all instructors! A bonus for all. 2 days well spent." - Gail Hersey, IT Instructor, Concord, NH
"Class size was perfect. Dave allowed for student interaction." - Pam Paulsen, IT Trainer, Morrisville, NC
"The seminar was great! I learned some great tips for creating my own training materials that will save me time. I look forward to group projects with other ITrain members." - Laura Moffatt, IT Trainer, Toronto, Canada
