Cancellations and Reschedules

Cancellation requests will be honored with a refund if received in writing at least 14 days before the start of the seminar. Requests to reschedule will be honored with a 25% reschedule fee up to 7 days before the start of the seminar. After these dates, all registration and academic fees are due in full. Participant substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the seminar. ITrain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a seminar upon return of all registration and academic fees. ITrain is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other costs associated with seminar attendance.
