Introduction

Vendor membership dues are US$999 annually. A vendor membership entitles all co-located employees of the organization to share the benefits of the Association.

Plus, Vendor members receive additional special benefits such as courtesy sponsorship advertisements in our newsletters, direct mail to the world's IT training community, and opportunities to place advertisements in our periodic and permanent publications. We write the publications the IT training industry reads.

Courtesy Newsletter Sponsorships

Vendor members receive five courtesy sponsorships in our newsletter, ITinfo. These sponsorships are valued at $999.

A significant discount is also applied to additional sponsorships. Vendor memberships entitle all employees of the member organization to share the benefits of the Association.

Direct Mail Advertising to All Members

Vendor members are welcome to conduct direct mail marketing programs to the general ITrain membership. While we respect the privacy of our members, and we don't release the membership list, vendor members may prepare a marketing piece for printing and distribution to the general membership. The single or multi-page marketing piece will be enclosed with a letter of introduction from the association's directors and mailed in an ITrain envelope, to ensure it's received and opened.

The current cost of a 1-page mailing is $1.695 per piece. There are approximately 3,629 training members on our list in the United States.

Our direct mail service includes:

mail merging member information into the advertising letter (Microsoft Word format)
enclosing an ITrain letter of introduction
printing, folding & stuffing into an ITrain #10 envelope (we do not use mailing labels)
affixing first class postage
delivery to the USPS within 10 business days of receipt of your blank letterhead and Microsoft Word letter or advertising piece

Support or product vendor membership dues are US$999 annually.

Your membership application will be sent directly to the Membership Director. You will receive a membership packet within a week.
