We respect your personal information

International Association of Information Technology Trainers, Ltd. (ITrain) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: itrain.org.

Release of Personal Information

Personal information of ITrain's members, including postal mailing and phone numbers, is not released in bulk at any time to any party. From, time to time, individual members' postal and telephone contact information may be shared with other members and responsible parties in an effort to encourage intra-membership networking and to facilitate improving members' IT training skills; however, the member's information is not released for commercial marketing purposes.

Members Contact Information

Our site uses order forms for members and customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code, city, or country of origin). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our members. The member's information is used to maintain contact with our members as necessary. Members may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the member for products and services.

Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (like their zip code, city, or country of origin). Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. This information is shared with advertisers only on an aggregate basis.

Public Forums
