Software Learning Guides

ITrain makes popular software learning guides available to members for instructor-led and self-paced training programs at a significant discount. These guides are developed by members and certified for use by ITrain, the International Association of Information Technology Trainers.

ITrain's software learning guides are available as printed texts or as Adobe Acrobat PDF documents¹, and exercise files are included..

The one stipulation we ask is that all guides purchased under an ITrain member discount be for the sole use of the member and her students. Retail purchases carry no similar stipulation.

Honesty Downloads

You may download and use a few of ITrain's certified software learning guides for personal, home use at no charge. If you are a staff member of a charitable nonprofit organization, you may also use these guides at your place of employment. We call this program "Honesty Downloads." We believe that you're honest, and that you'll use our training materials in a way that's consistent with our license.

Pre-printed and bound learning guides may be purchased at at 15% discount by ITrain individual, organization & vendor members.

These guides include exercise files, and are ready to use immediately upon delivery.

Bulk Printing License

Bulk licenses are great for trainers who don't want to pre-purchase and stock printed training manuals. These licenses offer flexibility in title selection and the ability to print on demand, even five minutes before class, just as a last-minute registrant appears at your door!

Every bulk license includes access to all available titles. Bulk licenses also include new titles that are published during the license year.

Bulk licenses are delivered on CD-ROM as Adobe Acrobat PDF files. All titles in electronic publication are included on the CD-ROM -- our entire library of "electrobooks." Plus, student exercise files are included to complement the certified training manuals. These are the same, full-length certified learning guides as our printed guides, delivered on CD-ROM for your scheduling flexibility and to let you print on demand.

The annual bulk printing license is discounted 15% for ITrain individual, organization & vendor members; PTT certified trainers earn a 50% discount.
